Originally from Senegal, I have lived and worked in Switzerland for the past 16 years.

As a life-long fitness enthusiast I strongly believe that exercise has the power to transform your life. Not just how you look, but also how you feel.

I believe the blocks to living a healthier lifestyle exist in our minds. Finding the motivation to begin and adhere to a fitness regimen is no easy task, and along with busy schedules it’s easy to find reasons not to workout. But I am determined not to let that happen.
